Our greatest challenge has been to bring the high quality of artisanal pastry to supermarket shelves without losing its soul. The line dedicated to large-scale retail trade was created to meet the needs of discerning consumers who do not wish to compromise on the authenticity and flavor of “handmade” products, even during their daily shopping.
