SALATì Panissa are delicious savory cookies made by freely taking inspiration from a traditional Ligurian recipe: Farinata, a polenta made of chickpea flour that after being fried in oil takes the name Panissa.
The ingredients of these crispy savory cookies are simple: Chickpea flour, extra virgin olive oil and rosemary.
To munch whenever you want during meals as a snack or at aperitif time. Try with gorgonzola cream cheese creams, dips and sliced meats.
