We are based in Acqui Terme, and this connection to Piedmont is our pride and joy. We carefully select the best raw materials, such as hazelnuts, almonds, corn and rice to ensure an excellent end product. Baci di Dama
An ancient traditional recipe combined with high quality materials. A union that tells of a territory and the gifts of its land: Piedmont.
A classic of Piedmontese pastry, Baci di Dama are hazelnut and butter cookies filled with dark chocolate.

Baci di Partenope
Inspired by the iconic Neapolitan pastiera, these Baci unite two great traditions. The biscuit is a masterpiece of crispness thanks to the Sicilian Almond, delicate rice flour, and butter from the Piedmont Alps. At the center, a white chocolate ganache releases an explosion of Mediterranean aromas: orange, candied citron, and the floral touch of Neroli, which immediately evokes the blooming gardens of the Mediterranean.
Genoese Pandolce
Born in the 1500s at the court of Andrea Doria as a dessert for long sea voyages, our Pandolce is today a tribute to excellence. The historic recipe is ennobled by Piedmont IGP Hazelnut, selected pine nuts, and butter from the Piedmont Alps.
A crumbly and rich dough that embraces raisins and candied fruits, enhanced by the enveloping and precious aroma of Jamaica Rum. A bite of history and pure artisanal quality.
