Specialities
Amaretti d'Acqui in their soft version: Avola almond flour, sugar and fresh egg white. Shaped by hand, with a delicate outer crust and a soft heart.
Baci di Dama
Baci with a base of Vercelli rice flour and Sicilian almond, with a salted caramel chocolate heart. The balance between sweet and savoury is precise and satisfying.
The Founder
Valerio Volpe turned his passion for photography and film into a return to his family roots. Raised in his parents' bakery in the Monferrato, he brings with him the ability to see beauty in the details and to tell its story through food.

Langhe, Roero and Monferrato
The queen of Italian hazelnuts, Tonda Gentile delle Langhe. Sweet, buttery, with an unmistakable aroma.
Noto and Avola, Sicily
Almonds from Avola and Noto, among the finest in the world. An intense Mediterranean aroma.

A 100% certified Italian supply chain. Creamy, it gives our biscuits an aristocratic crumbliness.
