From the heart of upper Monferrato a family history with more than 30 years in the bakery and pastry business, Valerio Volpe Pastry and Sfizi was born. Founded in 1988 by the Volpe Family, this pastry shop has been able to keep the artisan traditions of the area alive, enhancing authentic and genuine flavors.

Our Specialty?

Baci di Dama

A traditional Piedmontese pastry product with a warm heart of Belgian dark chocolate. We like them so much that we also made them with a Jamaica rum, extra dark and coffee heart. We then twisted the recipe by creating an almond and rice flour cookie with numerous flavor variations to please every palate.
