Inspired by the iconic Neapolitan pastiera, Baci di Partenope unite two great Italian confectionery traditions: the shape is the unmistakable one of our Baci di Dama, the soul is that of the southern Mediterranean.
The biscuit is a masterpiece of crumbliness thanks to Sicilian Almond, delicate rice flour and butter from the Piedmontese Alps.
At the centre, a white chocolate ganache releases an explosion of Mediterranean fragrances: orange, candied citron and the floral touch of Neroli, instantly evoking the Mediterranean's blossoming gardens.
