Classic Baci di Dama are the signature product of our pastry shop and of the Piedmontese confectionery tradition.
Two delicate shells of Piedmont Hazelnut IGP shortcrust — crisp on the outside, crumbly and buttery within — meet in an embrace of 70% Belgian dark chocolate.
Each biscuit is prepared by hand following the original recipe, respecting the working and resting times that guarantee its unmistakable texture: an aristocratic crumbliness that melts slowly in the mouth, leaving a lingering aroma of toasted hazelnut and cocoa.
The oval shape, elegant and symmetrical, recalls the delicacy of a kiss — hence the name, which carries centuries of Piedmontese history and poetry.
