Where the colour comes from

“Naturally coloured”: what it really means

The colour of the shells comes from foods you will find in the ingredient list: beetroot, safflower and spirulina. That is why the shades are full but never loud.

The filling follows the recipe of each flavour: the full list, additives included, is on each Baci POP product page.

Three foods, many colours

In the shortbread, instead of colourings.

Beetroot

The red of Amarena and, together with safflower, the orange of Orange and Cinnamon.

Safflower

The yellow of Lemon and, together with beetroot, the orange of Orange and Cinnamon.

Spirulina

For your shop

Four colours that work on the counter

Seen from afar. Four jars in a row are a display on their own: colour catches the eye.

Baci to go. The single-serve box with the four flavours is made to be eaten on the move: an impulse buy to keep by the till.

A flavour for each season. Orange and Cinnamon for the holidays, Lemon in summer: changing the featured flavour refreshes the shelf without changing the range.
