Orange and Cinnamon Baci are our answer to the cold season: a biscuit that carries the scent of the holidays, of southern orange groves, of the oriental spices that Italian confectionery has used for centuries.
The Gold base — artisanal Vercelli rice flour and Sicilian almond — brings lightness and delicacy. The white chocolate heart, flavoured with Italian orange paste and cinnamon, is warm, spiced and enveloping.
A pairing that works all year round, not just at Christmas. Perfect with afternoon tea or a glass of mulled wine.
