The Product's Story
Lemon Baci belong to our Gold line: a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic Baci di Dama that replaces the hazelnut with a lighter base of Sicilian almond flour and rice flour from a small artisan mill in the Vercelli area.
The result is a biscuit with a different texture — more delicate, almost weightless — that lets the citrus note of lemon burst through in its purest form. The lemon-infused white chocolate heart is fresh and clean, without excess.
Refined and perfect at teatime, paired with aromatic wines such as Moscato d'Asti, or as a light afternoon treat.
