The Product's Story

Pistachio Baci: a story of terroir and craftsmanship

Pistachio Baci are among the most requested of our Gold line: pistachio is one of the ingredients of the moment, but here it is no mere trend — it is a genuine, carefully studied pairing.

The base is Sicilian almond flour produced in the Avola area, combined with rice flour from a small artisan mill in the Vercelli area and butter from the Piedmontese Alps. A delicate, light biscuit that does not compete with the filling but enhances it.

The pistachio chocolate heart is intense and enveloping, with a fragrance that announces the flavour. Once tasted, they are hard to resist.
