The Product's Story
Chocolate and Orange Kifferi bring a classic pairing of haute pâtisserie — dark chocolate and orange — into a small, precise artisanal format.
The structure is the same as the Pistachio Kifferi: outside, a crunchy layer of sliced almonds; inside, a soft heart of finely ground almond paste. Here, however, the filling is enriched with Belgian dark chocolate drops and Sicilian orange zest: the bitterness of cocoa, citrus freshness, the softness of almond.
Crescent-shaped and light, to be enjoyed in a single bite. Perfect with a long espresso or a glass of Barolo Chinato.
