Pistachio Kifferi are built to surprise: crunchy outside, thanks to the sliced almonds that coat them; soft inside, thanks to the heart of almond paste flavoured with finely ground pistachio.
The tapered crescent shape is the classic form of Piedmontese kifferi — a small, elegant format to be enjoyed in a single bite. Their light texture makes them right for any moment: with tea, with coffee, or as a gourmet gift.
A perfect union between the gentle sweetness of Sicilian almond and the bold, almost resinous flavour of pistachio: two southern tastes given form in the pastry of the North.
