The Product's Story
Salted Caramel Baci are one of the most successful pairings in our Gold line: the sweetness of caramel and the savoury note of salt create a balance that surprises with every bite.
The base is the same as the other Gold Baci: rice flour from a small artisan mill in the Vercelli area and Sicilian almond flour, combined with butter from the Piedmontese Alps. A lighter, more delicate biscuit than the classic, designed to enhance the filling without overpowering it.
The salted caramel chocolate heart is rich and enveloping, with that lingering finish that sets quality confectionery apart from the ordinary. Perfect at the end of a meal or as an impressive gourmet gift.
